How did I miss this guy for so long?

I got hit last night.  You would have thought that, after 11 years of writing fanfic, I might have been buzzed by this guy before.  I'd never heard of jeremycrawford and am writing in a brand new fandom, so I figured he might have obtained my YM username from my LJ site.  Since it might be a reader, I thought I would be nice and polite.

Here's the exchange:

jwsel: sorry. i write about some 80s shows and, recently, the soap
opera days of our lives (but mainly involving 80s characters)

jwsel: sorry to disappoint you

jwsel: out of curiousity, what made you IM me and ask if I wrote
fanfic? I assume you must have had some reason.

jeremycrawford27: i was trying to find someone to write a fic.

jwsel: you might try a challenge site. you're a little late for
yuletide (google yuletide and fic). That site tends to invite requests
for fic in small fandoms for the holidays. I know there are similar
sites out there, but I don't know them well.

jeremycrawford27: what about knight rider.

jwsel: no. most of my other fics are from the a-team TV show. But i've
been focused on a running story for days of our lives recently

jeremycrawford27: i'll just wait for 5 more years for someone to do a
fic for me of whaty i want.

jeremycrawford27: since you won't do it

jwsel: sorry, i don't know those fandoms well enough to do justice to
them even if I could spare the time to write another fic.

jwsel: you might look for blogs or groups devoted to fanfics for those
shows and see if anyone wants to run with your plot idea

jwsel: in A-Team, we have had people do that in a group.

Heads up - he's got a new addy

He tried joining my Yahoo group AGAIN. This proving he's either f***ing stupid or just determined. Anyway for those of you with Yahoo groups, here's the latest addy to ban: jeremy.crawford27@yahoo.com

We know he is finding his targets by joining yahoo groups and just going through the names and bothering everyone, so by banning him in advance we can limit his trolling.
